About

Building systems that make operations intelligent.

I'm an operations transformation leader who sits at the intersection of process improvement, AI experimentation, and practical system design.

My background is in running and improving operations — doing the hard work of understanding how work actually flows, where it breaks, and how to redesign it. That operational credibility is the foundation.

What differentiates the work now is how I apply AI and automation to that foundation — compressing the improvement cycle, reducing manual effort, and building systems that make operational intelligence accessible at the team level.

Point of view

On AI, automation, and operational improvement

“The organisations that win with AI won't be the ones that deployed the most tools. They'll be the ones that understood their processes well enough to know which problems were worth solving — and built systems that could actually execute on that.”

Traditional transformation programmes move slowly because they treat diagnosis and execution as separate phases. AI changes that. With the right systems, you can compress a 3-month analysis phase into days — and move directly into designing and testing solutions.

The frustration I kept encountering was organisations drowning in insight and starving for action. The data was there. The process maps were done. But the gap between knowing what was wrong and actually changing it was enormous.

That's the problem I'm focused on. Not AI for its own sake. Not automation for efficiency theatre. But intelligent systems that close the gap between diagnosis and execution — and make operational improvement a continuous capability rather than a project event.
